Japanese outdoor gear and clothing brand Snow Peak, founded 1958 in Niigata, teamed up with Yamato, an authentic kimono maker founded 1917 in Tokyo, to create a modern utilitarian kimono. Carrying heritage qualities while being durable enough for a camp outing, these innovative and easy-to-wear kimonos feature buckle fastening belts and performance fabrics. 

Made of Snow Peak’s Octa® fabric, this kimono is water repellent and breathable. Fold, roll up and fasten the belt for compact portability.
